Standard check-in time is 1pm but we suggest you ring to see if an earlier check-in is possible.

Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 8pm (6pm on Saturdays or 12 noon on Sundays). We have a key safe beside the reception door for guests arriving after hours.

There is undercover parking for the apartments only.

Yes, all rooms at the Highlander are non-smoking.

No. We provide room service dinner Monday to Friday (inclusive). Room service breakfast is available 7 days per week.

Yes, we provide FREE Secure high speed Wi-Fi to all of our rooms.

Yes, we have a BBQ area beside the pool and a gazebo in the grounds of the motel.

2 minutes by car to Grand Central Shopping Centre (Myer, Target, Coles, Specialty shops and an Event Cinema Complex). We are also just a couple of minutes drive from Clifford Gardens shopping centre (Big W, Coles, Woolworths, Banks and specialty shops). There is a small convenience shopping centre within walking distance.

We are within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian and Thai. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

No.  We have Smart TV’s where you can access your own Foxtel Go, Netflix, Stan and Kayo Sports accounts.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged if the room cannot be re-let.
Credit card details are required to secure room booking or payment of the first nights’ accommodation.

Monday – Friday 7.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday 7.00am – 6.00pm, Sunday 8.00am – 12.00noon.

Yes.  All our motel room types are available in upstairs or downstairs.  All apartments are on ground level.

Yes.  We have a few rooms available for guests travelling with their pet.  These rooms are subject to availability.
